You must follow up and send offers to your list to make sales!

How to Leverage Free List Monster for Explosive Growth and Success

Are you kidding me? $40 just for watching a video? Well, it’s true, and here's how it works: the moment you press the play button, a server-side script starts timing how much of the video you’ve watched. How to Leverage Expert Interviews to Build a Subscriber List and Multiply Your Reach

Once you have completed all your interviews, what is next? Well, at this stage, you should have a couple of recorded video files. The very first thing I want you to do with those video files is to extract only the audio. You can do this easily and for free by simply Googling "convert video to audio online for free." You will find that there are quite a few sites that will let you do this for free. Next, I want you to transcribe your videos into text. To get this done, you guessed it, simply Google: "Transcribe video or audio for free online." While this is a cheap or free way to get your videos transcribed to text, it will still require work on your end as most of these auto-transcribers have an accuracy of around 85 to 90%, but at least it means 85 to 90% of the work has already been done for you. Once you have all your videos transcribed to text (and double-checked them to correct any mistakes the online transcription engine may have made), you can go one step further and convert all your PDFs (yes, you will save your transcribed texts as PDFs) to EPUB format. Once again, you can use Google to get this done for free. Okay, so by this time you will have your interviews in four different formats. This includes video, audio, PDF, and Kindle or e-Reader formats. You are now ready to receive a flood of new subscribers. This is where your payoff comes into play, because other people are going to build that list for you.

Once you have your capture page up and running, go back to the experts you interviewed. Thank them again for the interview, and tell them it came out better than you expected. You can tell them that they appear to be THE authority in their field. Then tell them you are making theirs as well as the other experts' interviews on the panel available to his subscribers for free. Then give them the URL where his subscribers can go to download the interviews. 

 

A good list owner is always looking for value he or she can give their subscribers, as a loyal list of subscribers has a give-and-take relationship, just like in real life. As this will obviously be of real value to your expert's subscribers, together with the ego boost of being seen with a panel of experts in the eld, you can be sure they will let their lists know about it. 

Of course, all of them will be sending their subscribers to your opt-in form. Your opt-in form will be designed for optimum conversion with quotes like: "Find out why [a super expert] regards this method as the most powerful to...

If you have done everything right, this should net you a minimum of 1000 new subscribers (and that is really scraping the barrel); however, this next part is going to quadruple your list in less than a week.

The more experienced marketers will no doubt have picked up on the fact that we made these recordings available in multiple formats, and they would be right, because that is what is going to multiply your list.

However, this is where you tell them how they can view the actual interviews on video or listen to them on their favorite MP3 on the way to work or even in the gym, not to mention they can also grab the Kindle or e-Reader version. Do this by offering the other 3 formats (video, audio, and e-reader) as share rewards in Upviral.

This is a great method to add warm leads to your list. You can also rinse and repeat this method by seeking out other experts in your field that you have not interviewed.
